Note for the Bride: These guidelines apply to everyone receiving hair and/or makeup services on the day. Please feel free to pass this guide along to your bridal party and mothers!

Before Your Wedding Day

• Hair Preparation: Wash your hair the day before your wedding. Avoid using hair masks or heavy conditioners—overly soft hair makes styling much harder to hold!
• Skincare & Hydration: Apply a hydrating face mask the night before and drink plenty of water.
• Facials: If you enjoy professional facials, book a gentle, hydrating facial 1–2 weeks before your wedding. Please avoid trying new skincare products, chemical peels, laser treatments, or invasive skin procedures within two weeks of your day.
• Brows & Browsing: If you plan to wax, tint, or shape your brows, we recommend completing this 3–5 days prior.

On the Morning of Your Appointment

• Clean Face: Arrive with a fresh, completely clean face free of makeup. We will handle all your skin prep before application!
• Dry Hair: Ensure your hair is 100% dry and free from any styling products. Please do not arrive with wet or damp hair.
• Clothing Choice: Wear a button-up shirt or zip-up top so you can change without disturbing your finished hair and makeup.
• Contact Lenses: Put your contact lenses in before your makeup appointment begins.

What to Have Ready at Your Appointment

• Veil and hair accessories
• Jewelry
• Inspiration photos (if you have any final style tweaks)
• Your wedding dress (if getting dressed after hair and makeup)

Mobile Setup Requirements

For mobile on-location appointments, please ensure the setup area includes:

• A sturdy table or bench space for our kits
• Chairs
• Easy access to a power outlet
• Plenty of natural light (where possible)

Payment Reminder

Kindly ensure your remaining balance is settled prior to your appointment. Once you’ve completed payment, please email us a copy of your transfer confirmation.
