Once we have agreed on the date and details, the next step to lock in your booking is sending your deposit.
Because every wedding is unique and initial guest numbers can be flexible, our deposit is a customized retainer ranging from $200 to $500, depending on the size and scope of your party. We’ll let you know the exact deposit amount for your booking in your quote.

Booking Terms:
- Non-Refundable: Deposits hold your date exclusively and are non-refundable upon payment.
- Headcount Changes: Final numbers and balances are due 30 days prior to your date. Decreasing party numbers after booking will not reduce the agreed minimum booking total.
- Confirmation: Dates are held for 48 hours once an invoice is issued and are fully secured once the deposit clears.
